Hi, I'm new here!! I've posted a thread in the K1 forum regarding forgetting to include our 'Letters of Intent to Marry' in our I-129F petition that we mailed to Vermont yesterday :crying:

The advice I have had so far is to not bother trying to send them now seperately as they will never connect the two - we don't have a file numebr yet. I'm just worried how it will affect our application and how long it is likely to delay our approval. Has anyone else here done this before or know of anyone lese that did?

Also, as incredibly helpful as this site has been, i'm starting to find even more things to stress out about  , like writing on the back of the passport photos in black ink - I used a fine tip black sharpie as I thought that would count as felt??!!

We only got engaged on Tuesday and I just want to enjoy the moment without worrying about paperwork!! We've been together for 5 years now, I can't wait for the day we (hopefully) get approved!!

Welcome Kirsten!, I hope you don't get RFE'd for not having the letters of Intent but like has been mentioned it wont hold you up that much and atleast when you get that you will know your approval will only be a wee bit away!.

Dont worry about writing on the back of the photo with the sharpie, as long as it is legible it will be absolutely fine.

Congratulations on your engagement!! and have a speedy journey :)
