approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!      :dance:

Wooohooo!!! :dancing:

Congrats to both you and Joe and Nadya. Great to see so many approvals since I've been off air. It really is a relief to see Vermont processing Sept. filers.

Well, I've got some news of my own :secret:. We finally received paper copy of our RFE (it did take 5 days to reach FL ) and it turns out that we omitted to tick a box on pg 3, Part C, Q2 (Have you ever been convicted by a court of law..... blah, blah, blah...). Well, no wonder they've sent out the RFE!!!! :bonk: So stupid on our part, but there you go. So now he has to tick the relevant box, sign it (all typed out as part of the RFE) and return it to them. We'll see how long it will take them to restart working on our case again.

Good luck everybody.

Ouch! sorry...about the 5 days - you know, it depends on the state, from coast to coast, it usually takes 5 business days. So, let's see, Vermont mailed our NOA2 on the 4th, for us it takes 3 business days as we are in DC, should be in the mail today or tomorrow.

You, guys, didn't check twice before sending petition? We were so careful to make sure there are no chances of RFE, but still were worried.

Kirsten, hang on there! It will be this week for you!

Kat & Allie, good luck with quick turn around and quick approval.

guys, it's scary to look into August thread - people are still waiting since the begining of August!

Yes we did, sort of but we've done it on my last day there and we were distracted by everybody who popped in to say bye to me. It was like a train station; people were coming and going all morning. Also we just drove 16 hours from NYC to Orlando and arrived at 6am that morning so we were a bit tired to say the least :). Not ideal circumstances for completing important documents. We should have been more thorough and should have done it sooner  Oh well, too late now.

The RFE was sent overnight yesterday and is currently in Pennsylvania (tracking it online) :). He did grumble about the costs of shipping it overnight... men...

I was also wondering how quite this forum is now... Hopefully the rest of us will move on soon too.
