Interviews are scheduled on the SECOND week of every month and NOT the Third week. Yeah they forward once the interview is scheduled but it is the second week of every month. You should call them by the end of the week next week. Good luck.

This is confusing. The AVR message at NVC since 8/29 has been......your case was completed on 8/29....and today the AVR message states......your case was completed on 9/5. Could it be maybe an interview has been assigned and maybe my file has been sent to the embassy?? I'm a little concerned now. I guess I'll have to wait until Monday to find out.

I have an odd message too.. Had RFE AVR "missing or incomplete... checklist sent 9/2" before, spoke to operator twice, sent few days ago. Operator last night said RFE doc received but not entered, otherwise everything is done. It was 11:30pm. Today AVR says RFE "..letter sent 9/5"

Don't think they found another RFE between 11:30 and closing time.

They probably just did a major reset somewhere in AVR, in other threads I read people are getting funny messages with funny dates. Not sure anymore.

On top of things USPS Express Mail misrouted my RFE letter and it got delayed on the way to NVC. S#*t happens, but hate it when it happens too often.

Wow! Hope everything works out with the RFE. I received two checklists for the same RFE on the I864. One was dated 8/27 and received in the mail on 9/4. The second checklist was dated 8/29 and received in the mail on 9/5. The only difference is the first checklist was missing page 2 (barcoded cover sheet). Is it possible that the AVR gets updated in error? Maybe in reality my case got completed on 9/5 and not 8/29. Also, I was no longer able to access the NVC online payment system after 8/29 as the message pop up stated...no further processing needs to be done on my case.....so I didn't bother calling NVC operators to confirm that the case was completed as I was certain it was....
