Sorry to sound a little dum about the question:

Where is the initial AOS handled at?

Where is it then transfered to??

How do you know if they transfered you?

Do they transfer everyone?

Don't let the choices chose you, chose the choices that you want.

First off, it is sent to Chicago and if you are the lucky ones, you can get transferred to CSC in California. They will notify you on the USCIS.gov website when you get transferred. From what I can tell, not everyone gets transferred. Seems that they pick and choose.

depends... if it goes to CSC chances are good you will have no interview...

if you are not transferred and have an interview, it may actually be before CSC gets to your file

If it doesn't go to CSC where does it go to???

Your local office so you can be scheduled for an interview.

AOS Approved on 10-17-08 (details in profile)

Removal of Conditions on 07-19-10

In this tedious process, we tend to forget that this is all worth it.

I love my hubby beyond anything in this world.
