Hey CJ.. this is probably where you should look to see your "spot in line" - not that there's any method to their mayhem, but they are definitely working on Feb still

Thanks. I am well aware of this tracking tool, but there some flaws, which need to be observed qualitatively, such as members who never update their timelines once they are approved and members who came to VJ once or twice and never returned.

Having said that, I do agree that they are working on Feb filers, but from VJ timelines tool. They must be almost done with Feb filers. It's important to add that my definition of feb / march filers is referring to those who got their I-130 NOA1 in feb/march and not the I-129F NOA1. According to my conversations with VSC, they have communicated that in case of a K3 application, they consider the I-130 receipt date for processing.

No matter what I still like to be optimistic (and constantly get disappointed) :)

My husband filed the case in January. My NOA1 from CR1 is Feb 11th and K3 is March 10th. After 7 months waiting, there is still nothing, very deppressed by VSC's shitty work. My husband said he wants to go down to Huston to talk to the immigration director there, but I think it's just going to be a big waste of money and time. I want my NOA2 :crying:
