I filed for the I 130 on 1/23/08

Receipt number recevied 2/13/08

Paperwork sent to Guangzhou on 1/23/09

Interview 5/21/09 PASSED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Visa 5/23/09

I got a phone call today from USCIS....seems they were doing a survey to see how my last phone contact was...I couldn't help but wonder how they have time to call me, spend 5 minutes on the phone to see if the phone system was effective, but they don't have time to get my file out of administrative process......uuuuuggggggghhhhhhh!!! :bonk:

10/21/08 Notification from NVC - DS3032 Received

10/22/08 Paid IV Fee Bill

12/08/08 Waiting for paperwork from my husband.....tick....tock....

4/05/09 NVC requested more information

8/3/09 Husband sending documents to me...

5/1/10 Email from NVC with interview date - whoo hoo!

6/1/10 Interview date!

7/16/10 Second Interview - hopefully he will be coming home with me!

8/13/10 Approval letter received, VISA to be picked up on 8/16/10!!!

9/13/10 POE New York...no issues, he'll be in Cali on the 24th!!!

9/24/10 California...finally together at last.

10/13/10 Green card received in mail...whoo hoo...

guys. i got my i130 transferred to csc on the 25th of aug. we filed in feb and got our reciept on the 15th of feb

it says the case is pending at csc

how loong is it going to take?

i am so sick of it

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

Your timeline pretty much says that you should have been transfered with us. Most of us that transfered were all the way to the end os Febuary. :whistle::whistle::whistle:

ARGGG! I applied for my husband in January and received NOA 1 on Feb. 5th. We had a request for evidence in June and have not heard anything since. I also filed a K3 to no avail. I'm a worried mess that somehow we've been left behind. I hope CALI hasn't left our applications on the bottom of the pile!!!

i think only stand alone I130s were transferred. im not sure but this is based on my observation.
