Iam a Jan'08 filer. My file has not yet been transferred to CSC.My last otuch was on 07/21/08. Is there anyone left behind or Iam the only one?I would really appreciate your help. USCIS is so ####### e d up!!

There are tons of ppl waiting before you. People from Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec 2007 are still waiting. However, they are moving files to CSC. Hang in there and you'll see some movement soon.

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

Thank you sasha414 and waitingforever!!! I wish they would hurry up and approve you both already so we can go through NVC together!

I got the email on Friday, still no NOA2 hardcopy yet, will probably call NVC tonight to see if they've received the file but I doubt it.

Anyone left behind from VSC Jan'08 whose file still not been transferred?? C'mon guys lets help each other out!!

Ad, you should call VSC and talk to live rep. and ask them why ur file is not transfered to CSC? I think everyone got transfered, i don't see any reason why ur not transfered. May be they might have lost ur application in that case you can ask for expedite request n it will be processed really fast...call them as soon as possible to get status on ur file...i hope this helps n keep us updated on ur issue.

I have never been so happy in my life to see a bill!!! There is hope. I got home tonight and the DS-3032 and I-864 bill are in the mail. I will be paying this tomorrow using a checking account and the DS-3032 can be sent via email....see shortcuts. I am so excited!!!
