Hi juliekins.

Our petition got forwarded to CSC & I feel like we've been waiting forever too :( . I called the USCIS yesterday but they didn't know anything. Just told me to hang on in there & hopefully it won't be much longer. But that's easier said than done, especially when others have applied after us & got their NOA2's, it does make you fel a bit paranoid

Hope we get it soon xx

02-04-2006 sent the last bit of information to attorney for I129f

02-11-2006 attorney sent I129f to TSC (package was then forwarded to CSC at some point)

02-16-2006 receipt date according to I797

02-21-2006 receipt date according to USCIS website

02-22-2006 notice date

05-31-2006 travelled to the US for 90 days

05-31-2006 touched

06-20-2006 called USCIS to update Charlie's (petitioner) address

06-20-2006 touched

06-21-2006 touched

08-09-2006 recieved packet 3. Do not know when we were approved as we were not told.

08-14-2006 touched

10-13-2006 sent packet 3 to embassy. Requested interview for February (at the earliest) as I need to finish

uni before I leave the UK

02-12-2007 interview date. But have to change the interview date again due to unforseen circumstances not

allowing me to travel to the States until September 2007. Boo hoo

04-10-2007 interview date! Yippee!!

04-17-2007 Passport arrived with visa! Sooooooo happy!!!!!!!!

Yep it will make you feel paranoid alright. I've almost reached the 120 day mark. It's very hard not to lose ones patience. Good luck

Don't despair julie - it will come eventually - ours took over 90 days before NOA2 and we only hd one touch the day after they got it - so it seemed like they'd forgotten us - but they hadn't.

(F) Hope its not TOO much longer - one good thing with CSC is that take so long most people havent been caught up in the 'recall' stuff for NOA1's for march 6th and after (trying to be positive here! lol)

I know what everyone is going through. I stated recently that I am under an ICE investigation. It appears that the USCIS is undergoing a major reshuffle in how they do business. From what I hear each USCIS will have responsibility for different visas. Not based regional geography of the applicants. I know we must be patient and wait. But I would suggest that many of you who have been waiting more than 60 days to write your elected official. If nothing else it will serve notice that our elected representives are providing some oversight to a secretive process. I am slowly just trying to come to terms that I not going to be bring my fiancee here anytime soon. This really sucks. If anyone hears anything different. Please let me know.

Hi Julie

I wrote and got the exact same response you did, my case is now at 116 days, no answer in sight. I did contact my Congresswoman's office and I filled out the authorization form so that she may contact them to find out what the blankety blank is going on with my case. I have not heard anything back from her as of yet, and my frustration is building more and more each and every day. I know exactly how you feel, all we can do at this point is try and stay as positive as possible. I am going to email them again as soon as the next processing date arrives, I am not waiting any 60 freaking days...they may give me the same answer, but I am going to bug the hell out of them, until I find something out. I am wishing all of us waiting the best of luck and the ability to have patience and not go freaking crazy

I feel for everyone out there waiting. Let's hope something good happens soon. There haven't been any NOA2s recently from CSC or anywhere, have there? I wish they figure things out quickly and good a move on, for all of our sake!
