Does anyone know if the internal Ukranian Passport is needed for the interview at the US Embassy in Kiev?

What about travel to the US after my wife has her visa.....does she need this internal Ukraine Passport to travel to the USA?

Or does she only need her international passport?

My wife kept her internal passport with her, but she didn't need it for the interview. The visa is only put in the international passport.
