Its $1010 for AOS and $340 for EAD? Even if you have 90 day EAD from Jfk?

OMG!!!!!!!!!!! these feesssssssssssss

No its $1010.00 to do AOS that price includes EAD and AP, you aplly for them all together. Your Temp EAD from JFK expires 90 days after you arrived and is then no good you need the 1 year EAD that you apply for along with your AOS.

$1010 is for AOS. If you file for AP and EAD at the same time, then they are included in the $1010. There is NO SEPARATE FILING FEE for AP or EAD if you file all three at once.

:guides: There is lots of helpful information in there which will help you.

Yes, Advanced Parole, also known as the travel document. It allows you to re-enter the US before you receive your greencard.

Since there's a chance that you won't have your greencard yet by March, you should apply for AP also. It's included in one price ($1010) anyway, so why not.

I was going to say the same thing. We were 5 months to NOA2 and 7 months to visa in hand...and that was "fast".

You were saying that EAD and AP are included on the $1010 for AOS?But what if we will do the EAD first before we do the AOS,does it mean that EAD fee will be minus to the AOS fee?
