Same check for joint AOS???

Hi All,

I will be mailing the AOS for my wife and two step children in the next day or two and am not quite sure about the check. I know what the fee is ($1,010 for wife and $600 each for the kids) but am not sure if I should write one check for $2210 or one check for $1,010 for my wife and two seperate checks for $600 for the kids. Has anyone files a similar AOS and if so do you know what to do?

nope, all should be on separate checks.. so its gonna be 3 checks.. make sure you put the A number on each check... Me and my son has 2 separate check for AOS.

Oh No!!! We are being invaded by Canadians LOL. Thanks for the reply. I will wait for a few more replies and then based on the majority I will go that route with the check.
