Please tell me if this enough

My current GC

Our son's birth certificate

Bank statement showing both names

Tax return showing both names and the same address

2 affidavits signed by friends

Our appartment lease showing both names and same address

One piece of mail showing both names and same address

Utility bill addressed to both of us.

Driver's licenses showing same address

Some pictures taken at our son's baptism

July 2nd 2006: Marriage ceremony

Oct 10th 2006:Received Green Card

REMOVING CONDITIONS

August 12th 2008: Sent I 751 to CSC

Dec 5th 2008: Green Card in the mail

NATURALIZATION

Dec 4th: Sent N 400

March 18th: Interview

May 24th 2011: Oath in Minneapolis. Journey is over.

I think you have a great list however remember when you send financial records is good to have more than one statement since it shows that you have had it throughtout the whole marriage. I sent 4 which was for every 6 months we have been married. Also, it is a good idea to highlight for example automatic deposits like payroll or tax refund to show that you use that account for both of you.... GOOD LUCK

I thought you needed tax returns from both years since Green card.

More bill evidence then just one and several months worth

Bank statements that span the years

More pictures and general evidence: insurance, investments, more mail, etc.

In general, I thought you needed evidence of the entire 2 years since you received your GC?

You need to copy the GC as well.

You should be good. Do you have all tax returns since marriage? I think they are looking for these to be joint (IRS does not require but INS does:)

For the entire length of the marriage actually.
