hey. I am here. yeah, I read it.

I think they lost a bunch of our files b/c we are all the people that sent our files to vsc and THEY sent them to the lockbox instead of the later filers sent straight to the lockbox

something fishy going on....

I just thought this might help you see that you are not all alone, Shrewdie. Vent with some people who are in EXACTLY the same situation as you.

I'm still sorry though.

Nope, I sent mine directly to the lockbox, not to VSC and I am in the same 2/24 black hole...

My case was sent to California for processing today so I have a new date 08/06.

i'm also in the 2/24 blackhole with my I129F last touched on 05/08/2008..

I called VSC so many times... just 3 days ago.. and still my case has not been assigned to an adjudicator.

I am no longer in the 2/24 black hole!

My case was sent to California for processing today so I have a new date 08/06.

I hope I don't have to look at that date for the next six months now!

I am tired of this, so is my woman. We are moving to mars. No USCIS there.

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

No they have MCIS where no one speaks english and it takes 100 years for background checks due to the US not having any permanent embassy there yet. :whistle: Also I think the moving expenses would be astronomical.
