Got an e-mail from NVC, said: The Immigrant Visa instructional packet Form DS-230 is being sent to the designated

26/10/2005 - NOA1 for I-130 CR1+CR2 from CSC

15/03/2006 - NOA2 I-130 Approved by e-mail

20/03/2006 - NOA2 Received by mail

NVC Timeline ( 83 days from e-mailed NOA2, 68 days from NVC case number assigned)

30/03/2006 - NVC case number assigned

03/04/2006 - DS-3032 & AOS 70$ bill generated

06/04/2006 - E-mail Choice of agency

07/04/2006 - Pay AOS 70$ Bill

10/04/2006 - Received AOS 70$ Bill and DS-3032

13/04/2006 - NVC accepted both AOS 70$ & DS-3032

17/04/2006 - 380$ IV bill & I-864 generated

25/04/2006 - Mailed I-864 & Received CR1's 380$ IV bill

17/05/2006 - Mailed DS-230 to NVC£¨Called on 24th night said 864 is fine 230 got there 2 days ago needs review£©

06/06/2006 - NVC completed the case

DHL Timeline ( 46 +9 =55 days )

15/06/2006 - Case send to GZ (Hoped in 1-2 weeks, and it really did in 1.5 week)

28/07/2006 - Clearance processing complete.

31/07/2006 - Shipment delivered Signed by STAMP

GUZ consulate Timeline ( 385 days from filing)

1/11/2006 - Interview--BLUE

Seems like you are flying at NVC stage.. You can self generate the barcoded coversheet for DS230 and send it back to NVC.

11/15/2005 - NVC case number assigned

01/04/2006 - NVC completed the case... ( 50 days)

01/11/2006 Case sent to Embassy

01/16/2006 Case deliverd to Embassy as per DHL tracking

February 7th, 2006 Found out Interview date by Calling DOS (202-663-1225)

February 13, 2006 - Packet 4 received

March 21st, 2006 - Medical

March 23rd, 2006 - Interview --- VISA APPROVED

March 24th - Passport received. ( Applicant picked up passport from Courier/delivery service office)

April 7th - Hubby's POE at Chicago.

April 10th - Trip to SSA Local office to apply for Social Security Card.

April 27th - 1st Welcome letter

May 1st - 2nd Welcome letter

May5th - Received Social Security card in mail

May 11th - Received Green Card in mail

196 Days @ USCIS ( 178 for NOA2 + 18 case transfer at NVC)

50 Days @ NVC to complete the case

13 Days @ case transfer at embassy

65 Days @ Embassy

Total -324 days from NOA1 to Visa approval

I followed the guides step by step and it seems work well, from I got the information from e-mail p2 approved till NVC send out DS-230 2 months,March 15th to May 15th.

Already everything prepareed for p3 a long time ago, and my husband brought them back to america when he return on 11th May, he said he will mail out today.

I am from China, and there is stil a very long way to go from p3-p4. Some times the case will laying between costoum and consulate 2-3 months, and name check is a long queue too, as China is a big population country.

Anyway it will move then finally it will be there.
