Well I have really screwed the aos packet up. I just read an example cover letter that someone has posted. On the I 765, I did not include;

Copy of passport’s biographical page

Copy of passport page with non-immigrant visa

Copy of Form I-94 form (front & back)

I only included Two (2) Passport-type photos with the I 765.

However I uncluded all of the above with the I 485. Should we expect an rfe? I'm guessing yes.

Wow... i would suppose that you would receive an RFE. But no worries, just pray that everything goes well.

i dont want to get you worried any more, but im pretty sure youre going to get an rfe for missing documents on that. you should have handled all the forms you filed as separate forms. which means that you would have to provide supporting documentsfpr each and every form as the instructions of that form tell you. you can send all youre forms in one package but once they get to the service center the different forms get forwarded to different departments which means they need separate supporting docs....

nothing you can change now though, so try to relax and when you get the rfe just send the missing docs!

Wait for an RFE.

AOS, AP, and EAD need to be treated as separate applications, each needs it own set of evidence and passport photos, nothing is shared.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Well if it makes you feel any better, we did the same thing. I just re-read the instructions for the I-765.. It looks like we don't need the I-94 copy if our code was C9 (which mine was, and I'm assuming your's is as well). We will both probably get an RFE.. Oh well.......this doesn't seems as dramatic as an RFE on the K1 app.. Atleast we are all together now...
