Good morning vj community,

I have one more questions about form G325a and others

1- Citizenship/nationality, for my wife: (for example) we just put the country as Ukrain and be done with it or put Ukrain/Ukranian?

2-the middle name for my wife on form G325a, she does not have a middle name, should I leave it blank or put N/A just like I put in other forms such as I-485 and I-130?

Thanks alot for all your help.

1) Ukraine

2) "NONE" all caps, no mistaking that the person has NO middle name, and no questioning if the line was left blank accidentally.

NOTE N/A means NOT-APPLICABLE, this is not a correct use of N/A the person could have a middle name, N/A is used in cases where something truly does not apply such as asking a man if they were ever pregnant.

You would put Ukrain (country name) and leave the middle name section blank...

1. "Ukraine" is good.

2. I put "(None)" for middle name. We'll find out if they really thought that (None) is my middle name.

I would put "NONE" all caps. I believe that's how it's supposed to be :)

I have no middle name either and that's what I put.
