Do I have to send original I-94 with the AOS package or is a photocopy of it ok?

Also is it ok to send photocopies of all the forms that I filled out (I-131, I-485, I-765, G-325A)?

What about documents that are being shown shown as evidences from homeland:

Nonimmigration intent proving evidences : e.g. Bank account statements, Life Insurance in my homeland that is till continuing, mediclaim policy , electricity bill, telephone bill that I am paying etc

Basic evidences : Birth certificate, Ration Card, Voters I card etc

are these all to be notarised or can we only attach photocopies now with AOS and then produce originals during interview.... Pls advice .

I see nothing in your list that requires notarization... USCIS accepts copies of documents unless they specifcally request an original.

a) so all documents that my husband is showing from his home country to prove non immigrant intent, showing that he is still paying those and his basic identity document all can be sent by photocopies only!! So its necessray to show all documents and updated by original during the intrview and not before that ??

B) My husband is bringing some latest payment details like profident fund, bank statements, Life insurance etc from his perents to show that those are still being paid.Now as we are rushing to diposit the AOS, is it ok if his perents send scanned documnts thru email and we print it out...latyer during interview we will have time to get the originals.Is it ok ?

c) ANy idea which documents does USCIS seek originals with AOS applications ! we are adjusting from B1/B2.

Your husband hasnt arrived yet, as he is bringing all these documents to prove that he had non-immigrant intent, but from your post, this is his specific intent, to enter the US as a visitor and adjust status.....do you realize that this is a visa fraud???

Really ??? I think I shd have made the scenario more lucid for you. what to say .........

My husband came once in 2007 and went back as wqe were doing K1.Then again arrived this time to help me with some of my projects and to file K1 but we came to know the AOS process being here and did marry after his being here after almost 2.5 months. Now we need some more documents .That we are bringing thru scanned copies and plan to show more updated versions and originals if we get a interview.Because we need to send the AOS fast.

Thats why I asked whether scanned & printout copies sent tru emails treated the same way as photocopies. Can someone advice ??

Yes, copies are fine, keep the originals for the interview though as they might ask you for them.
