I went and spoke with those monkeys today. My file is in the QA (Quality Assurance)process. So I asked him how long till my letter. " I can't you a date." I felt like asking him, what the heck are they doing from the time the receive the file and to the time they schedule the interview. But I shut my mouth.

What upsets me is these clowns act like they are doing us a favor. I was never once greeted, nor did they say anything friendly. It must be really hard to read information from a computer and be crabby all day long. Even the flippin' security look like angry baboons. I mean seriously all they have to do is ask if you have anything in your bag or pockets, take your belt off, show me your letter, and walk thru the detector. If anybody needs to be grumpy it should be us. We have to deal with their delays!! Ahhh said my piece :P

Thanks Lyuba =)

Certificate holder ?

Man, I just bought self-adhesive laminated pouch for letter size, then seal the certificate of naturalization with it.

Of course, I did scan it and saved it as encrypted PDF file.

So I won't have any problem with the certificate of naturalization with moisture or anything. Except fire?

Then I can retrieve encrypted PDF file for copy, and request new one if necessary.

Yes, certificate holder. It's actually a pretty decent way to display it, yet still easy to get at when you need to.

I scanned it also, though didn't bother with the encryption.
