We received a Letter this morning from the Vermont center saying that our expedite was Approved. I cant even explain the feeling that i have now. i was sleepy...now i am not even tired anymore.

On wednesday they sent us a email saying thatour expedite was denied. See post

We then contacted our Congressman and two days later we got the letter. It is strange though...because the letter from Vermont is dated June 17,2008.

We are just happy that they Approved our expedite.

What will happen next?

How long do we have to wait?

Congrats!!!

I am curious how you managed to get your congressman to help. I've send letters to my congressman and senators and communicated with the staff many times. They keep on saying they can't do anything to help expedite. All they did is sent me the processing time USCIS is currently working on, which we already know on their website.

I guess the congressman and senators in Texas are useless... from my point of view.

Thanks everyone.

I guess it was luck with the congressman . we told him our story...and i guess he felt our pain...so he called them and they approved it.
