well, today i know that someone actually looked at my case. i had to request an investigation as to why i am 47 days outside of processing time.

i realize this touch is sort of artificial, but i do feel a little better knowing that someone actually looked at it. jesus christ!!!!over 4 months of just sitting there not to mention the 8 months since the application was received.

anyway, here is the email i got:

Thanks so much!!!! Only 60 days?!?! by all means, take your time. 10 months is no time at all to be separated from lao po, never mind the additional steps afterward.

i can only hope i get an RFE instead of an approval to waste even more time....

I feel you man, the service centers are just a mess.

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Me and my husband are just starting with this visa processing thing. I just hope that we would not be in the same situation or I will be more than furious.. I just wish that they would really continue to process your case at the soonest possible time (hope the soonest wouldn't take ages)... God bless us all!!!
