Another week we can put behind us gang! We are one more week closer! Just gives you goosebumps, doesn't it?

Today is the Ring Ceremony for my teenager. He will be a senior next week. Wow where did the years go? Seems like just yesterday he was toddling along beside me, holding my hand. Now I have to look up at him and he's the one fretting over me.

Today I get the keys to my new apartment. I treated myself to a folding lounge chair for the balcony so I can veg in the sun or sit and sip coffee and enjoy the lake. It will be the first thing I lug up there. I hope to take some things over tonight after my time with Mohammed.

Tonight is also my son's first prom. He picked up his tux last night. He's going to look pretty sharp. I will terrorize him with tons of photographs.

Ok, today is a bit of an emotional day... LOL

I hope you guys are starting off to a great day!

Ugh prom. What a horrible memory for me. Glad those days are behind me!

Being a teenager is the toughest thing. Sorry, don't mean to get you down, Jean! Have fun capturing his special day on film.

Off to work. TGIF!

Oh gosh Jean, I don't even want to begin to think about the proms I will be going through. I don't think I have to worry about my son wanting to go to a lot of them, but my daughter is another story!

I'moff to St. Louis today with my brother and his wife to see this kidney specialist and talk to another doc that specalizes in transplants. My brother never asks questions and since I am the big mouth nurse....he's making me come with them.

I'm going to try to keep myself busy this weekend by cleaning out the garage. I think every weekend I do a mass cleaning of the house "just in case" Khallis gets his visa. I don't think my house has ever been this clean!

Have a great day girls AND haveagreatweekendrainbow3d.gif

I am soooooooooooooo exhausted. I just want this day to be over with and it's only 6:11 a.m. here ! I don't know if its the summer heat, the end of the school year paper work, the registrations, the kids acting up cuz they are ready for kindergarten, or me worrying about Ali's interview. I'm worn out. I didn't even want to get out of bed this morning ... but VJ did the trick ;)

We are making our Mothers Day presents today at my preschool. Every year when we make them I think "When will the day come that I will get one of these from my beautful little boy or girl ?". We are getting married July 7th and hopefully soon after we'll have some great news (L)

Reunited and it feels so good ....

Well......friday is here...super...I woke up at 7am with sofyan and sat with him till he departed with his brother to work...and now here i am dragging @$$ trying to get myself ready for a nice rainy afternoon serving at applebees....I hate that i only wait 2 days a week there and the days i work it always seems to rain or be horrible weather..which means no customers...which also means...no tips for me :( oh well....i learned yesterday one of the families i was suppose to be babysitting this summer cant afford it so that job is a no-go and its still not definite for the other family...so i may be going full time to applebees which is probably alot better for me right now....although it would have been nice sitting in the house all summer with 6 kids, a swimmin pool, and alot of relaxation time....OH WELL....got a busy weekend...tomorrow i have my cousins communion party and sunday for mothers day....Im working allll day which happens to be the busiest day for applebees so i hope to make a ton of money...i need a new summer wardrobe sooo bad!!

Hope everyone has a great day and weekend....

Happy Mothers Day to all..

Kelly

Morning everyone. Hope all is well. Still no calls or responses to emails coming out of Casa. :ranting:

Jean congrats on the new apartment and get lots of pics of your son's prom.

kml - I really hope you get that call soon. I know we are tired of dealing with Casa and you've been waiting longer than us, so I can imagine your frustration.

Noura I know you are going to have a blast this weekend.

LB I feel that way every morning. I never want to get out of bed. I'm a night person, so not the morning type. You're almost there, 6 more days to go!!!

have tons running around to do as soon as I get off work and then off to B'ham, AL (ugghhh). Was supposed to be a surprise to my mother, but my father blew it (him and his big mouth). Hope everyone has a great Mother's Day weekend. I
