Head start on IMBRA

So if by chance with the IMBRA going down and any of us get a RFE, as the petitioner what or where do we need to go to have this check done?..... Just wondering cuz with the line of work i am in my company does a Pennsylvania State Police Check for Criminal Record Check Yearly, I have one dated for 5/26/2005 I have no criminal record, sometime this month im sure another check will be done threw the company again.

Im leaving for england on Monday so i was thinking if i could find out ahead of time if this is not exceptable then who would i go to to have it done so i have a head start just incase?

The USCIS is the one who's doing the extra investigating.

I don't think any of us petitioners will go do anything.

If you've had security checks, then IMHO you're already ahead of the game.

When they do a check on you, you've already had an active check within a year.

That'll be very fresh and any bring up they'd have to do is for a small period of time.

All this is my supposition. We'll see if it works out in my case and another one that had the same time as I did, both of us fitting into the "having already been investigated" for security.

If I were you, I'd not give your question any more thought; IMHO you're good to go all other things being equal.
