Okay dumb question lol ... i lost the posting of who the check is made payable to and for the life of me I cannot find it anywhere i have searched and searched so has my fiancee ... if you can tell me what we put on the check thanks

I guess you looked everywhere except the instructions that come with the I-129F. I hope that's not an omen for the rest of your package.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

I guess you looked everywhere except the instructions that come with the I-129F. I hope that's not an omen for the rest of your package.

The 1-129F I downloaded was just the forms, no instructions, I asked fellow VJ'ers for some advice as i was sure I would get an answer from people who had been through the process. No it is not an "omen" to the rest of our package we have gone over everything more then enough times to make sure no spelling errors or anything is missing, that everything is signed. I looked in the FAQ's under K1 Guides and Info and did not see it there I had seen it here posted before but could not find it so figured asking was the best way to get an answer.

Thank you to those who responded so quickly I don't look forward to the wait but am very excited to begin the process!

It would have been very wise to download the instructions. You'll find they are available for most of the forms you'll need later.
