When will they update the dates again?

Shouldn't USCIS be updating their processing dates soon? Has anyone heard when?

They should be updating soon. Most likely this week. When they do it, they do it in the evening. I for one am not really looking forward to seeing it this month. If i see July 30th one more time, i think i will scream.

wow, i was just gonna ask the same thing.

it always says last update is 15th of the month but they never actually update on the 15th.

i hope they move it because for the last 30 days i have been outside their processing time, but not outside enough.

maybe now someone will actually help me out.

You aren't actually outside of the processing times. They claim to be on July right now so you're well within, just like me. It is even worse since they're not honoring the date they received our applications but are going on the NOA1 dates.

edit : You're California -- still not outside of the dates. They claim November. The NOA1 is Feb.

We're both pooched by the delay from the alleged flood of July.

we should start a guessing pool as to when they will post the "supposed" dates for the Website. I am taking June 26th. Any other takers?

for me they could never update, from the different timeline i see here it is no way possible that they are working with that processing time. usually i would say look for the change on june 21.

Anymore it seems that what USCIS says and what USCIS does are two TOTALLY different things.

They're definitely not going by received date in Vermont. Is there any evidence to suggest received date in CA apart from what they told you? Because what they say is pretty much worth the air that it is written on.

all i can tell you is that the last two times i called ( jun 9 and 2) they said that as soon as they update and i am 30 days out by my nov. 1 date, they will investigate my case. i guess i will let you know the results. hope they update soon.

I would call Vermont, but unfortunately, they don't seem to be moving from that July 31 date, so you would not be outside their processing times. I pray that it will move when they update the site.

dont count on it..they dont update it very often they stretch it to the next month then change the date so in reality they go back a month.. now is july.. it might stay july who knows,, they might go backwards also..they r so slow,, i know how you feel.
