You say spouse, and indicate K-3 as your visa, so I assume you are married. Marriage license is for fiancee's to marry.

If you came here in the K-3, then here is where you want to start: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1k3aos

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Also, I went to your page, and you talk about sending the DS3032 for Choice of Agent, and receiving the package. If you received a CR1, you do not need to adjust status or anything.

If you are just talking about having another ceremony in the United States, you do not need a license because you are already married.

You are already married... why do you need another license? Read the adjustment of status guides for starters

thank you for your link...

so there's no need for us to do any additional paper work unless my wife wants to work or travel out of the country before receiving Green card?

On a K-3 she can travel until the visa expires.... Work authorization and greencard require paperwork.

YMMV

Like I pointed out earlier, you need to give us more information about wht visa she got and your process. It is confusing what visa your wife has.

It is sounding like maybe she has a CR1, if she does, yes, you will receive the Green Card in a few weeks.
