I cannot find my NOA2 and it says I need to enclose it in the AOS application any suggestions. I printed the acceptance from the internet filing status on the USCIS website.

05/03/2005 Made the trek to Argentina and met in person for the first time and spent a month and fell in love with the most incredible person I have ever met.

07/01/2005 Sent I-129F

09/15/2005 Went back to Argentina for two weeks to meet the family was an amazing trip.

12/16/2005 Agus delivers the paper work to the embassy and gets the interview date set for January 13.

You MUST have a copy of the NOA2 in your AOS application. If you don't enclose a copy of this document (you don't need to send the original) you WILL receive an RFE.

This link gives details of how to request a duplicate copy of an approval notice. It will cost $200 for a new copy.

You can either wait for the new copy to arrive before submitting your AOS or submit your AOS at the same time as your request for a new copy, submitting the new copy when you receive an RFE. Either way there will be a holdup somewhere along the line unless you find the original before submitting any AOS papwerwork.

Best of luck

Mark :)
