No.......... Fedex is not the postal service (ie, the mailman). Use the bottom address.

u should send it to chicago mailbox (I like USPS with delivery confirmation).

one check is better so they won't say later that u didn't send the payment.

Just a note that its your I-94 (in your passport) that you want to send a copy of... not your I-92, and that your 864 has to be notarized..
