Filing Instructions:

IMPORTANT NOTICE! PROCEDURES FOR FILING FAMILY-BASED ADJUSTMENT APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN CHANGED!

To apply for Advance Parole, please follow the instructions on the form. Applications should be filed at least 90 days prior to intended travel date. All family based Adjustment of Status applications (Form I-485) and relating Employment Authorization applications (I-765), and Advance Parole applications (I-131) must be mailed directly to the Chicago Lockbox either concurrently or separately. 2) EAD= $180

you will need to mail your application to:

No.......... Fedex is not the postal service (ie, the mailman). Use the bottom address.

1-30-06 - Interview, APPROVED!!

4-1-06 - Together in the US

6-6-06 - Married!

--AOS Filing--

6-28-06 - Mailed I-485 (AOS), I-765 (EAD), I-131 (AP) and lots of $$$ to Chicago

7-7-06 - Recieved NOA1 for all 3 applications

7-26-06 - Biometrics scheduled and completed (for both EAD and AP)

9-18-06 - RFE Mailed. Need translated Birth C.

10-9-06 - RFE Sent back in, Case touched.

10-31-06 - AP and EAD Approved!

*1-23-07 - Interview Date! (received in mail on 12/4/06)

APPROVED!

November, 2006 :I-693A Sent. The waiting goes on...
April 4, 2007: Infopass & it doesn't help at all!!!
April 18, 2007 :Contacting our Congressman.
May 18, 2007 : E-mail rcvd, Welcome Notice Sent! Finally!!!
April 22, 2007 : E-mail rcvd, GC has been ordered
April 24, 2007 : Welcome Notice Rvcd. Yeeehaaa!!!!
June 1, 2007: GC arrived! Yippy! USCIS Free for 2 years!
2008: Moved to China
2009: Conditional GC Expired and Husband has been having affairs since 2008 in China. Can't file for ROC since he got laid off. He came to Jakarta to live with me and my parents. He got a new job. Life resume to normal or so I thought.
March 2010: Officially separated after yet more affairs exposed just a day after my birthday!

February 2011: Officially divorced.
June 18, 2011: He married the girl he had the last affair with.

August 2014: I am engaged with my real soulmate. Not an American.
