At present there are 68 June timelines in the list.

27 have been transferred

41 have not been transferred

What is the timeline for those who have not yet been transferred?... there's a majority of us with XX/XX/XX

Most of the 27 members who were transferred was during the month of July. It is already October now.

So when does USCIS approve and schedule interviews for those 41 other members including myself.

I'm a little confused on looking at the processing times and immigration timelines.

Maybe anyone can help us. Should I look under MSC or Chicago Service Center to view the average days until interview after NOA1.

06/09/2008 - finally sent package!

09/14/2008 - 90 days since NOA, no news about my EAD.

09/15/2008 - Called USCIS, no holds on my case, they made an inquiry on my EAD.

09/20/2008 - Got a letter saying they are working on my I-765 actively and there's nothing they could do, I have to wait for 6 more months till I'm "out of the" timeline again GRRRRRRRRRRR

09/25/2008 - Infopass appt.

09/26/2008 - EAD, card production ordered. YAAAAAAAAAAAY

09/29/2008 - EAD touched

10/01/2008 - EAD touched

Means your case has arrived at Cali Office and is pending processing at this office. It's not moved back to Chicago. It takes at least 1 1/2 months to be approved from date of transfer if you don't get any RFE. Don't worry - Be glad your case is at Cali :wacko::wacko::wacko::wacko::wacko:

My GC was approved on September 23rd and my card arrived last Friday, October 3rd!! I am so thrilled that we've now got a break from USCIS for a while.... it's been so long filling forms/paying fees/waiting/filling more forms/more paying and waiting etc.... that I'm not sure what I'll do with all this extra time! hahahahaha :)

Yes they usually send an update online or email that will say "Approval Notice sent" but there's few people who don't even have any updates and still had the EAD card in the mail.Good luck to us Im waiting for it too. It will be there soon
