sure I can give you idea but I am not sure how reliable that will be.

According to VJ timeline, you will get approve around mid september 2008.

According to USCIS information, you will get approve around Oct. 2008 (9-10 Months).

According to human rights, you should get approve around May 2008 (60-90 Days) :star::star: :star:

Just to check our background and to make sure we are not doing any fruad, it should take them 60 to 90 days. Anything more than 90 days is not appropriate and violating human rights by keeping us away from our family.

Hope to hear more from you.

Honeyleen,

When you register and log in to the USCIS site you can add case to you account with receipt number and when your case move from one desk or person to another it will change date where it says last updated. Try this

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis

click on Case Status Online + Login ( Register )

click Case status search ( Enter your EAC............ receipt number) and check which date it has for Last Updated it will change as you case move.

Hope this helps.
