I dont know what to answer on Question 34. Were you assisted in completing this application?

would it have a negative impact on our case if I the spouse and choice of agent, completed the form based on his anwers to the questions? Who assisted their spouse or another and what did u answer?

for that question i said yes, since i prepared everything for my wife and look it over closely before i send it in. so for that question would be ok, as long as u put in as your are the spouse and helping with the form.

I agree. I filled in the entire thing for my husband, as he doesn´t understand English well enough to fill it out alone, then we looked it over together. I put my name, that I was the applicant´s wife, and my address as the answer to that question.

I just think they put it there in case they have a question. If someone else filled it out, they won´t go to the applicant with the question.

you mentioned that you looked at it together... may i ask how u did that? The form does not allow to save it .. nor to send it with the information completed. did you have to print it and then scan it to send it to him by email? Does anyone know a better way, so that it still looks the same?

there is no better way, the better way is u fill it out send it to him/her let him her sign it u also have a copy on hand, tell him/her what the question what your concern over chat using (msn, yahoo, aim) then you two can compare. he then sign the form and send it back to you. then you send in to NVC.

You can save the forms and send it, all you need is Acrobat adobe professional not reader only, adobe reader just reader the infomation and professional can write as well.

I answered yes to this question fro my wife and put my information. I am also her choice of agent, so I think it only makes sense. I filled it out, mailed it to her, and we discussed it over the phone, question by question. She then signed and used DHL to get it back to me. It arrived on Friday, May 16th, and on Saturday May 17th I was invoiced (online) by the NVC for the IV Fee Bill. It seemed like it was perfect timing...at least compared to the endless delay at the USCIS.

Hmmm, I filled everything out and my husband just signed, but I said no to that question, cause I figured they would already know i helped him cause I was his agent....oh well.
