Dec 27 2007 - VSC receipt date

Feb 05 2008 - NOA1 received thru snail mail

Feb 09 2008 - Cheque has been cashed by USCIS

Feb 24 2008 - Updated in the system

May 07 2008 -Touched

May 08 2008 -Touched

Nov 05, 2008 - NOA2

Nov 10, 2008 - Received Approval noticed thru snail mail

Dec 10, 2008 - Medical Passed!

Jan 06, 2009 - Interview Approved!!!! glory to our GOD

Jan 12, 2009 - Visa received

Jan 24, 2009 - Flight to Jacksonville (POE @ Washington Dulles)

Any new touches today on your side? Lots of people seem to have gotten I-130 touches then... all for people with K-3 too right?

Normally, we should get excited if we get REPEATED touches right? You remember last month? We got I-129 touches, but it didn't result in anything as of yet.. So I think we just need to wait this month out and see... I mean, there are still PLENTY of I-130 filers that did not get approved from back in Sept. I saw only 2 ppl who filed in Feb. get approvals so far, so I do not pin my hopes too high just yet.

I wish I could tell you that your going to get your approval this month, but there is always hope.

As long as we see those touches, hope is not lost of our petitions laying in some dustys, spider infected, moldy, smelly box.

08/20/08 Received IIN#(one nice rep gave me number)

08/22/08 paid I-864 bill online

08/23/08 I-864 bill status "PAID" online(saturday) but AVR message says " case number assigned ....blah

08/23/08 Printed out I-864 package online and Barcode sheet

08/25/08 I-864 package sent overnight

08/25/08 DS3032 Hardcopy sent by express mail (Hopefully they accept it ..But AVR says AOS fee received/paid on 08/23/08)

08/26/08 I-864 package received per USPS

08/28/08 I-864 package entered into NVC system

08/27/08 NVC accepted DS-3032 (But AVR does not say that)

08/28/08 IV bill generated ( still AVR does NOT say that) but online INVOICE says "NOT PAID"

08/28/08 IV bill paid online "IN PROCESS" status

08/29/08 IV bill "PAID" status (AVR says , they received DS3032)

08/29/08 DS-230 generated

09/02/08 DS-230 and required documents mailed

09/03/08 DS-230 form arrives at NVC per usps

09/04/08 DS-230 information entered into NVC system

09/15/08 CASE COMPLETE(32 days no RFE)

10/15/08 sent to consulate

11/10/08 Medical PASSED

11/18/08 Interview....VISA GRANTED ...

11/29/08 ..POE at Houston

12/15/08 ..Welcome letter

12/16/08 ..SSN received

Yeah with my luck, they are probley passing my petition around as scrap paper, tomorrow probley be paper airplanes made from my petitions for USCIS toplay with, maybe I will get another touch then. :lol: They will explain the paper airplanes as how petitions fly thru VSC.

But still says the same case received and pending, etc. etc. blah, blah, blah.............
