hi my freinds i wanted to tell u we got our visa today 5\5 after 3 years waiting ,,,,, we Marriage at 2005 and we start work in this visa on10\2005 and we had to wait on 12 monthes AP the longest wait i think at VJ ty u every one and good luck , and spical thanks for bridget and great thanks for cheryl &medo u was great freind for me with my best wishs for every one by good luck and short time :dance:

oh thank God! i was waiting for this news....congratulations really this is great.

ya three years is a lot - i got engaged in 2005, so three years for me too...its not fun.....

but now u forget abt all that and plan this great reunion!

05/03/2007 interview -> AP -> hell -> AP -> 9 months of AP Hell - 2 home visits :(

01/26/2008 visa in hand with a typo :(

02/03/2008 2 weeks more of waiting.... Visa in hand...... :)

2/20/2008 on US soil :)

2/21/2008 marriage :)

AOS

03/12/2008 Sent AOS/Work/Travel

03/16/2008 shows delivered chicago

4/12/2008 check cashed :)

4/13/2008 NOA's for all 3

4/18/2008 bio letter

4/29/2008 bio appt.

5/06/2008 RFE 2007 tax return

5/07/2008 returned RFE overnight

5/08/2008 received-lees summit

5/12/08 case updated online/RFE received

5/27/08 checked the website for the third time today -says AP and EAD approval letter sent 5/24- it was not updated online till today - and no e-mail update either

5/27/08 emails sent in afternoon AP and EAD approvals

5/29/08 AP touch

5/29/08 email EAD card production ordered

6/02/08 AP in hand

6/03/08 email EAD card mailed

6/05/08 EAD card in hand :)

7/28/08 AOS letter received

9/02/08 AOS interview

9/10/08 card production ordered email :)

9/17/08 welcome letter email and snail mail arrive same day

9/19/08 Greencard in hand :)

congratulations really i have tears in my eyes because im so happy this happened for u.......congratulations to the both of u.........ur strong people both of u and i look up to both of u it helps give some of the rest of us the strength to keep going...........

ty u my god and thanks for every one it was really hard , we didnt see each other 3 years ago , plus 2 intrview 2 medical check up , 12 monthes AP , BUT we won in the end by the god help and ur supports my freinds (F)

02/08/2010 - interview (Garden City, NY) -- PASSED

03/03/2010 - Oath Ceremony in Brooklyn

03/13/2010 - U.S. Passport in hand

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

Congratulations!

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
