Bush is nowhere near my favorite president of all time; however, to say he's even close to Adolf Hitler is just ignorant of history and insulting to everyone who fought in WWII and the individuals who lost their lives in the Holocaust. I hope your little "barb towards the president" was worth trivializing an entire previous generation, what a monster Hitler really was, and what the Nazis did to mankind. Good job! :rolleyes:

Yeah, if Democrats were doing Republican tactics, that is precisely what they should force onto the November ballots. It would ensure a record turn-out on their side and McCain could save the trouble of campaigning. Great idea!

I lived in Germany and my father is German, but grew up in America, when Hilter came to power do you think everyone hated him? I am very studied on the Holocaust, Hilter came into power at the right time, and in the beginning he did do a lot of good for Germany, so he wasn’t the devil we know of today. No one had any idea this could happen, it is still hard for Germany to accept that they supported this man. By the time they figured out what really was happening, Germany had the country locked down like a police state. As you know America has 5 percent of the world’s population behind bars. The United States has the most criminals behind bars, more than any other nation. We are number one locked up country, but it is a great money making business. If you want a good read about WW2, than read, Rise and Fall of the Third Reich, really a great source of knowledge. I lived in Nurnberg, which was one of Hilters favorite cities. I have walked the concentration camps in Germany and Poland, even had an ex prisoner take me around and tell me what it was like at the time of Hilter. I would never try to dishonor a fellow veteran since I too have served my country, as my father, my grandfather. So my family has given a lot to this country and to tell me I am disrespecting that is not ever my intention. All I am trying to say is that an evil leader never comes out and shows you all his bad sides, until they have everything completely under their control. Many people were fooled by Hilter, including England and Europe. Does history repeat itself, yes it does.

Thank him for what? Lives lost? Gas prices? A f___ked up economy? He is definetly not "Hitler" but he has done a pretty damn good job of screwing with our economy and killing our children for his own benefit!

Bring on Hillary! What we need is a Democrat that has been in the trenches.... has reformed education, is an advocate of health care reform and honestly cares about our nation! I am living proof! I live in Arkansas, I have witnessed her work in action. I have seen what both her and Bill did for this state and this nation!

One case?! Woohooo! Go Bush! Let's put the man in charge of an entire country because he helped a person with his/her case! Let's talk about what he has made a mess of... how many children has killed to benefit himself! Don't get me started.... I'm glad he helped you with your case but that doesn't make him a good President!
