Some excellent news for us - after receiving the RFE re: vaccination/medicals, contacting senator's office and making the appropriate individuals do their work properly, the USCIS site has been updated with the long waited "Card sent" and then "Welcome notice sent" with no interview. No GC on hand yet but I have a good feeling on this ;) Thanks all of you for your support and don't hesitate to contact the senator's office - they do their job very well. Good luck!

I still find it odd about the RFE given for Vaccinations.. Especially after it was sent to the CSC.

Well at least it is all over.

Well, the reason I did not find it odd was that after not receiving the biometrics letter and gaining a few gray hairs in the process of "reminding" them we still needed one, this "nonsense" RFE seemed quite normal to us :innocent:

edp333, I have a question about your interview. Did the officer tell you that you were approved or that he recommended aproval? I had my interview on Monday in Chicago and this is what he said, that he will recommend the approval, but the decision will be made by somebody else. When did your online status change? Mine is still the same... Thank you!

edp333, I have a question about your interview. Did the officer tell you that you were approved or that he recommended aproval? Mine is still the same... Thank you!

The officer said he was going to approve Meryll and did not mention a supervisor. Maybe, that is the formal process of petitions being reviewed by someone. The online status (CRIS) did not change and is not always reliable. The Welcome letter arrived in the mail four days later. I would suggest looking in your mail starting Saturday with yesterday being a holiday.

Our interview is this coming Wednesday (11-19), we are anxious to get it over with. We have an early appointment (7:00AM) so at least it will be sorted early rather than waiting around all day for it.

Hi Guys,

We had our interview today...everything went great!!! Good thing the interviewer likes car and I mean it crazy over cars...lolz...so for the good 45 minutes my hubby and I were in his office, we were only asked one question (except for the "yes or no" routine) and that is "why did you guys get married in Vegas?".........and the rest of the time we were patiently listening over his car craze.

and tonight I just checked my status online it says "card production ordered"
