I'm too cynical to believe it. For me the dates are either incorrect or it is an expidite. Otherwise the USCIS is just down right mean. Oh what am I saying of course the USCIS is just down right mean!!

Thank you Melannie :) !!!

This is really hard for everyone here, but I promised my self to remain positive!

Being negative is not going to make things go faster, and I am so grateful that I found this website! Reading everyone’s stories makes me realize that I am not the only one going true this!

I think you got it in a nut shell. I have to agree I wouldn't tell the people who are in John and my's life about what we are going through b/c whilst they try and empathise they just don't get it.

Hi Alex ... yea I know, it's almost unreal. I feel so lucky to have this approval now, and luck is the keyword here ...

Melannie, I understand what you're saying ...

I got this remark at work a while ago "how is it possible to miss someone so bad that you're almost making yourself sick, well there are men here too you know, or why don't you get a substitute while you're here?" Really sensitive ... while I wasn't really complaining about anything at all, because I don't share my personal life with most of my co-workers. I was mad, but I didn't bother getting into a discussion ...

John often gets, @How do you know she's going to come back?' and other choice comments which I bob a few people in the nose for. I think the thing is for most of us it is indefinite until we see our loved ones again. At least if it is long distance you can usually make plans.
