Arriving from a third country

Here's a question:

My fiancee is currently living in a third country where she is on a long-term work visa. If she receives a visa to come to the US while in that third country, and then returns home and flies directly from her home country to the US, does that present a problem?

The visa to the US will allow her to enter the USA. The rest is irrelevant - so if she wants to fly to USA from her home country or Timbuktoo it doesn't matter - thats up to the airlines and other countries' requirements.
