Noa1 for I-765 not received

hi,

recently, i filed i-485 and I-765 together.....received the noa1 for i-485, but no noa1 for i-765....wonder what happend there....is there way to find out...or could it be just lost in the mail?...suggestions?..

08-31-2012 I-130 approved and sent to NVC

09-25-2012 emailed choice of Agent Aos bill paid

10/04/2012 confirmation emailed received about choice of agent IV billed paid

10/04/2012 optin eprocessing emailed sent

10/10/12 optin email confirmed received

taking a break collecting info

11/01/2012 emailed AOS and IV package

11/20/2012 Checklist emailed received..forget guz p3 supplement form and signature on the AoS form

11/21/2012 checklist response emailed sent

12/05/12 case completed......finally ( Could haven't save 2 month of time if everything was ready be fore case# was assigned)

02/04/13 docs intake at guz. 02/05/13 interview passed. 3 simple questions asked

02/08/13 visas arrived at home ( that was fast. 3 days through ems. Right before Chinese new year )

02/16/13. Coming to u.s.a!!!!!! Yeah.

I understand your frustration, but not everyone receives all their NOA, on the same day.

Dont think that there is something wrong with your case! just keep checking the mail, and they will be there soon!

04/10/2008 RFE for I-485 received today, dated 4/04/08

04/11/2008 Sent RFE to Lee's Summit, MO / USPS priority mail

04/14/2008 USCIS received RFE response; signed by C BORDERS.

04/17/2008 Case processing resumed

04/22/2008 Touched

05/09/2008 Received EAD Approval Notice from CRIS "Card production odered"

05/14/2008 EAD card production ordered, 2nd notice

05/16/2008 EAD Approved & Sent!! (61 days)

Hmmm, the biometrics appointment letter lists the I-485, and nothing else. I don't have a number for the EAD. It'd be easier if I could look this up online, but it seems he has to get his biometrics taken before it appears on the USCIS site. (At least that's what seems to be happening with some folk.)

biometircs only for I-485?....hmmmmm...and you haven't received your i-765 EAD Noa like i do.....that's what worrys me....i sent it in with the i-485 together...in a separate folder too....now, could it be possible that they've overlooked it and thought i only file for I-485 only?....damn..if that's the case , i have to file I-765 again...and i called USCIS yesterday, they didn't try to understand what i said ,and simply said they if it hasn't been 30 days since i mailed the application, they refuse to check on it and investigate it....and i tried to explain to them that i just wanted to see if they received it cos if they have received the I-485 , then they must have received the I-765 too..very simple rite...they ll know if a noa for I-765 has been issued ...man....i hate them for keeping me hanging there , i rather they say ..no we don't have it..then i ll just simply file it again along with the noa1 of my I-485 again..it's free anyway....why just told me to call back after 30 days...that's bs....just can't understand sometimes...now...i don't know what to do.......what are you gonna do, psho?....just gonna wait for the greencard only.........i guess i ll wait for a few days and call them again..psho...if they process your AP and I-485 and no I-765...that's so weird....what's gone wrong there..maybe you should call them...cos for you..it's been almost 30 days since you filed.....i mean i could have simplied said i filed for 30 days already when i called them..but i ddin't wanna lie and have them find out that infact i only filed for 10 days....suggestions ..inputs..guys?...........

My daughter bio appt letter got lost in the mail..I only knew because a duplicate was sent to my lawyer and she received it on time...it was 5 weeks later I finally got it!If I were you I would try and call again..you might get lucky and get someone actually helpful!
