until now we didn't receive noa1 yet. but others feb. filers already have noa2, and their case has been approved. my case nothing happen. i am behind the boat.

so sad... and stressful what happen to our papers.

look forward for it.. they said it takes 15 weeks now!

04/18/07 first he sent message to me ( Interkontakt.net) then we became friends, bestfriends, and a lover :)

01/13/08 we first met personally at NAIA airport

o1/21/08 became engaged

01/25/08 he flew back to FL.

04/10/08 papers sent to VSC

04/15/08 papers received to VSC

04/21/08 check cashed/ noticed receipt issued (noa1)

04/24/08 touched

04/25/08 noa1 hard copy received

05/21/08 touched

07/28/08 touched ( i was so excited if we will get approve )

07/29/08 touched ( but it was an rfe lol )

07/29/08 rfe sent from uscis and fiance received it through fax. actually he called that time to follow up our case and the woman said that we have our rfe so my fiance asked to send it through fax right away.

07/29/08 request documents needed sent to uscis

07/30/08 touched

07/31/08 Rfe's document was delivered at 12:50 PM. The item was signed for by P NOVAK.

08/01/08 touched=case resumed on process

08/03/08 touched ( not excited )

08/05/08 touched ( wonder why touched again lol )

08/06/08 touched again lol ( hummm they are working our case :) )

08/13/08 NOA2 ( WERE APPROVED) :) THANK YOU LORD!

09/15-16/08 medical I hope everything will be fine

10/24/08 interview sched. wish me luck! God help me :)

10/29/08 visa received!

12/19/08 my flight to US

Until now? Do you mean it just cashed or it still hasn't been cashed?

If it's not been cashed yet umm. ...that's not good. It wouldn't take this long to cash the check or money order. :no: Did you make a duplicate copy of your package or send it with confirmed delivery?

It would be easy to track online if the packet was sent via private courier, you could even have a proof of receipt/signature. But as you told before, it was sent via ordinary mail? (not so sure) and your fiance doesn't hold any receipt, then there's no way you can follow it up except at the USCIS by asking if they received the papers OR just wait.

Sorry about that, but there's always hope in all things.

hi lady am sorry to hear this. If i were you ill ask my SO to call the USCIS to confirm about what's happening on the papers or if ever they received it yet.

from the VSC you should have had NOA2 all this time because if you check already february filers got aproved these days so there is something wrong with your package ..but honestly I do not know what to say because if it was a check you could simply check if it is clear or not but that is a money order ..

hi dont know if this will help or not but we sent money order when we sent ours off to csc.....we kept calling the number on the money order to see if it had been cashed yet........ur s/o can do that and if it has been cashed then u at least know they received ur packet for the applications..........if they havent im not sure what to say but if ur s/o sent it ups there is a tracking number u can use to see if they received it.........i wish u luck and will say a prayer for u

It took ours over a month with CSC..(NOA1 that is) if the check has been cashed then you should receive something in the mail very shortly. Best wishes with your journey !!

WOW! Are you sure they received your I-129F? 5 months to receive NOA1 is just insane!

What are you doing about it? Just waiting wont help, IMO.
