Ok so Saturday is officially his bday, but I'll be afk all day tomorrow, and the computer at home is totally shagged, so he'll only have tomorrow to see this.

David has the flu right now...well he's had it for at least a week. We're hoping he feels better soon cos his friends have gotten together and planned a whole weekend for him. Sunderland is playing in Blackpool, and they've arranged transport, lodging, a tick to he match...pretty much everything! he's got awesome friends! But he's felt ill so we don't know if he's going to go or not I hope he does

Here is to our last birthday apart! You have been the light of my life for over 6 years now & I couldn't imagine my life without you. I love you with all my heart & I wouldn't be going thru all this crappy visa ####### for anyone else I really really do hope that you feel good enough to go on that weekend trip to Blackpool, even though that would mean us not talking as much as normal. People have put a lot of effort into this and it would be a shame to let them down! AND You might as well live it up now, cos when you get here there will be no more lads' weekends EVER AGAIN!

The match is at Aston Villa on Sunday btw. The night out is Blackpool, and Sunderland WON last night for the one and only time at home this season, after I'd given my ticket away!!!!!!!

Well, he left this morning...still bunged up & completely deaf in one ear. But I talked him round to going *which shouldn't have been all that difficult in the first place*.

He went out last night & got hammered...not mortal, but he was cushti. I called him and sung to him & all that...my parents were with me & they sung too. He was depressed & kept sayin how alone he was..but it was drunken rambling, so off I sent him to bed.

He called me 2 hours later mad at me that I didn't call, lol...he remembered my parents singing to him, but nothing else. He was wayyy more coherent tho...and really depressed. So I said 'hey live it up, next year you'll be an old married man with no great drunken road trip to look forward to!' and his response was he'd rather be here with me *sniff*

THOUGH I JUST LEARNED SOMETHING!

He wants me to BAKE HIM A CAKE EVERY YEAR. Not a box cake but a from-scratrch one. I said 'when did I morph into Betty Crocker?'

Anyways, he's in Blackpool now...just got off the phone with him. Said he never remembered it so dirty. He just noticed a button missing on his shirt, so I said 'go and get a needle and thread from the concierge' to which he just laughed at me & said 'blackpools not like that'

(obviously I never made it there)

So that's the update! He's getting pissed as we speak!
