2007 Tax Transcripts

Just a heads up..

If you are getting your documents ready for NVC and of course they need the tax transcript from last year, it is taking 6-8 weeks from your filing date to show up in the system. Tack on another 10 days (which in our lives here is a godsend) for the transcripts to be mailed to you.

Since I am self employed, I do not deal in W-2's and such, so just a heads up mates. If you did send in or phone for this request, they will not process if your not showing in the sytstem. Basically you have to be in the system for them to recognize the request ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Ok here goes another six weeks of joy.

haha, I have 2005,2006, and 2007 Tax Transcripts already requested and at my house.. also, she already did her police certificate too.. but the only thing we are missing is the DAMN approval.. lol

also, the transcripts are BETTER, but you would need to provide other proof if you just printed your tax stuff out of TurboTax, lol.. The transcripts are free and just a few pieces of paper each (2 or 3 for me).. just request them over telephone (they ask for SSN, that's all)

Yes the transcripts are free luv, but if you filed in April they are saying 6-8 weeks - checking with lawyer now - have cancelled check to show amount paid ya know the whole drill - will wait and see luv......and praying for you hun

Hi gogo yes the I 29f has got stuck but the 130 is moving along we hoping for the 130 quickly but this tax thing has just knocked us back a bit if true we just need return we good

well, you can print out the latest return in Turbotax.. but make sure you have two other official transcripts (2006,2007).. that might work.. not sure.. I think that you can use the Turbotax (or whatever) copies but you need copies of your W2s.. that should at least have most of your income there.. well, more than enough for the minimum needed..

aye me luv self employed problem - its ok hun xxxxxxxx will wait for lawyer to advise but not looking for any RFE's anymore and sends hugs- so no W2's and a few 1099's but mostly cash basis on Schedule C - will see mate..

do you make more than $1 million? lol.. then you can hire my wife as a temporary worker (H1B, H2B) for you.. I'll pay you.. shoot, that is way faster than what I'm doing now.. it's not illegal because she can work for you.. also, I can see her everyday then.. the visa can wait because she doesn't have to work (just go to school).. another thing I was thinking before my FINAL DEADLINE was that I can apply for a USCIS officer position and go in there and approve my own petition!! haha.. I'll even admit it here.. and that's not illegal too, because I would be working.. just working on my own case, haha..

lol hun sense of humor too cute - i actually applied for opening at USCIS they said ummmmm conflict of interest after i told them i would approve every flipping application lmao - and sod them expedite if i know the people from VJ lol
