Both would work!

However, the longer you wait to file AOS, the longer you will wait for your AP, EAD and eventual greencard.

If you have a co-sponsor now, I would say use them and get it over with.

Some people have waited for a year or more to apply for AOS - so its all up to you, how important it is to start getting legal for working, driving etc. On the other hand, waiting for a few weeks or months to see how things work out is perfectly understandable. Good Luck

I would wait a little bit to see if he gets another job soon or not.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

It sims that my hysband need to wait for a new job the hole month or more and I think that I read somwhere that it is not god to file for AOS when he is unanplauyd and that it is nesesary to have any kind of job even if we do have a co-sponsor. I don't know what we should do? It is a long whait for me, especialy becouse I can't drive and do anything alone.

So, thas anybody know can we aply for AOS right now only with a co-sponsor?

Thas anybody ewer been in the same situation?

Can we been denied becouse of ewerthing?

Thanks for all answers and I apologize for my bad english!

Yes you can apply just with a co-sponsor. Remember even though you husband is not making any money now, he still has to fill out and submit a form of financial support along with the one that will be filled out by the co-sponsor and also add his last 2007 income tax. My wife was still in college in 2006 therefore we asked her dad to submit a co-sponsor form last year, we just had our interview and at the end we didn't need a co-sponsor because we showed our last 2007 income tax and now we both are making enough.

No, you cannot be denied, that's the main reason why they allow the co-sponsor to apply, this is in case the US citizen spouse doesn't work or is currently not working.

You'll be fine.
