hy everyone,,,

i am confused,actually i went to pakistan for getting divorce because my x- husband was there,in that trip i met with my brother's friend who gave me moral support for whtever i was going through,when my divorce got finalalized and i came back to us he purposed me. that i accepted,but can i file k1 visa for him,how can i provide evidence of met in person, my sistera and brother or his family can write letters that we met but we do not have pic together, plzzz help me.

Pictures are only secondary evidence, as photoshop is pretty easy for doctoring pics to simulate a meeting. The best evidence to use is passport stamps, showing that you have visited the country. Also, copies of boarding passes and hotel receipts, or any other type of receipt, like restaurants to show you've been there.

We did not have any pictures either for our petition.

I provided the boarding passes from the trip and my flight itinerary. My sisters also wrote affidavits that we had met. That was all I included and we had no problems.

I agree with the above posters, just wanted to add that it would be a good idea if you could plan another trip or meeting again, so by the time of the interview you got more evidence of your ongoing relationship (more boarding passes, credit card statements, etc.) and you are also able to take some pictures together.

08.09.2021- Biometrics re-use notice

04.18.2022- Interview done at Minneapolis USCIS Local Office   ✔️ Received N-652 "Congratulations your application has been recommended for approval" during the interview.

05.19.2022- Oath Ceremony in MN
