automated case status in NVC, are they daily updated?

Hello

does anyone know if the automated machine of NVC is reliable to trace our approve petition's status and updated in daily basis? (whether they have already our care number or not).

or is talking to operator better?

Hi There

K1 applicatoins do not go on the automated system at NVC you will need to speak to a person, to obtain your case number and status.

Make sure to call very early in the morning or late at night, around 11:30pm EST so you can get through since it's almost impossible during the day.

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card
