Hi everyone, I am new to the forum and have been reading a lot of the post, and now is my time to ask.

Does my fiance's letter of intent have to be original when I submit my K-1? Also, the G325-A, HER bio information, does it have to be original, or can I

submit a faxed copy.

I am trying to avoid the cost of mailing from Philippines, and the time involved.

Thanks, all

Ronnie

It should be an original document with original signatures. Be careful with the Philippines post office though. My first set of documents from Riza took from Mid August until early October to arrive. I finally got so frustrated with the wait that I had Riza send me another set of documents.

Having had problems with document copies instead of original. Original signatures on any document is important. Take my advice. Give original documents only. It will save you alot of time, questions and headaches. Make sure anything that has to be a certified copy is a true certified copy. Don't play games with it. Sometimes UPS is cheaper than FedX and they deliver like clockwork too. Good luck and play it straight all the way!! :) Things will work out much better. Take care.

I'm still new around here, but I have to fully agree with djaedi.

Also, I had Janaina sign and date everything, even the attachments. It's better to have a signature that's not required, than to need one and not have it.

This is a long process, and a few more weeks waiting for the mail won't hurt.

Also, are you already 100% finished with the rest of your application? If not, you can use the time waiting for the mail from her, to work on your other stuff.
