Hello everyone!

Just curious about something, when my wife receive her visa I’m going home for her. On the way back in the USA (POE) can I be with her? She doesn’t speak English and this way is a lot easier if I’m there also.

Is this possible? Thank you guys

I don't see a problem with you travelling with your wife back to US at POE. I am planning to do the same thing. However, I don't think you can "accompany" her in the process at POE. So for example, if immigration officer need to fingerprint her in a seperate room, you probably will not be able to go in the room with her. (this is just an example, I don't actually know if this happens in real). Another example would be that if there are seperate lines for US citizens and immigrants at POE to go thru immigration process (fingerprinting, etc.), I don't think you will be able to go to lines for Immigrants because you would either be US citizen or US permanent resident. Again though, this is just a scenario, I don't know if this happens in real.

I plan to travel to America with Li too.

I've don't recall reading any posts (or talking to anyone) mentioning there might be a problem with that.

Yes you can be with her all the time. But not on the finger printing room. Goodluck!

It depends on the POE my wife was present during the whole of my process including fingerprinting.
