Hi, I take it your a guy from USA? There are some fairly "street smart" people in here. You may want to change your request to "can you people advise me".

If I am reading this correctly, you are about to be surprized again. Sorry it sounds like your being scammed, send money to a third party person and I dont have my own ID.

Trust me...

I agree with Zen Den, sounds like a scam. My opinion, most filipina's speak pretty English and should have some sort of an ID already. I know the some Nigerians use this same tactic, (wanting to send money to some other name) I use to play with them online at times I was bored. Sorry to hear about your previous engagement, but after that,, I'de be walking on glass. First rule of thumb is "never send money to someone you haven't met in person" How could you get to know someone who can't speak or write English?.. just my opinion. Jim

thank you very much now that was helpful......

its a cousin of my fiance... We always liked each other and I have chatted with her several times with a translator,

even when my fiance was here, my fiance helped me chat with her... lol

my problem was I spoiled my fiance too much and she just thought I would do anything for her...

she is in singapore now working as a nurse.... she used me, but its my fault for letting her also...

we still chat... she just should have come here on a work visa and not a fiance visa..

Sorry to hear what happened to you. Just to be safe why don't you order her a birth certificate yourself?

ill try to translate it for you!!! im hoping though that you'll be able to communicate with her soon coz it helps a lot either you or her will compensate to learn! good luck!!!

but i do believe a birth certificate is not enough... tell her to apply for an NBI clearance and get a postal ID because the the easiest way to get an ID... i really hope i give justice to your words in my translation... God bless!!

birth certificate is not enough identification for her to claim the money that you will send in the bank.

she needs to have at least 2 primary ID OR 3 secondary ID but having birth cert will let her be able to get more ID's like NBI clearance and Postal ID.

good luck :)

there is nothing wrong with trying to help someone you love.

the amount is insignificant.

I'm sure there are plenty of folks around the world who have been taken in by someone professing love.

without trust there can be no love.

you should actually be grateful that she only stayed a short amount of time rather than bilk you out of even more money.
