I didn't put any label on mine, just the Lee's summit address and my return address. It was fine.

The RFE itself tells you how to address your response.

Inside the RFE envelope didn't you have another envelope, to use for your response? Use that, if possible. If you didn't or if the envelope is too small, just use the indications in the RFE and use another envelope, but don't forget to add on the envelope "Re: RFE", with capital letters.

We used a regular brown envelope that fitted the I-864 form , nothing special and addressed it to Lees Summit location. It was received within two days and postage was by US priority with signature confirmation.

I sent my AOS RFE to the address stipulated on the RFE I-797 (plus they gave me a standard pre-addressed envelope as well). Mine went to California... So look carefully at which address to send it to as it will not always be the same.....

Tips: The officer at Buffalo told me that we better put the RFE Letter(Pink one) on the Top as attachment, then they are easy to find that you are responding to them...Otherwise they might put your case at their bottom tray.
