Where to send my AOS package?

I have looked all over the bloody place and for some reason I can't see where I send it! lol. I live in ohio so I am not sure where to send. Even the guide wasn't clear enough for me. I guess I am just slow :(

Timeline

I think you send it to the chicago lockbox then after they process it they will forward it to the appropriate place usually its your local CIS. But i would call and check tho i could be wrong. goodluck

03/03/08-----Received at Embassy

04/03/08-----Interview! APPROVED!!! YEA YEA YEAH

04/08/08-----VISA In Hand!!!! WOOOO HOOOO!!!

04/18/08-----She's finally coming home POA IAD!!!

Chicago lockbox if you are filing as a K1 beneficiary and have married within 90 days of entering the US on a K1 visa.

See page 5 of the following document:

If you are NOT a K1 filer then read the instructions.

here is my dilema:

my wife came here on a k1 visa, we got married, but now are filing and the 90 days has expired since her arrival.

now when filing for my AOS, are we filing as a K1 or K3 (immigrant spouse)

totally confused.

K1, K3 is for those who entered on a k3 visa and were already married.

As long as you were married within the 90 days you can file when convenient.

As long as you married before the 90 days then K-1 status, otherwise you have more work to do.....
