I-751 TSC no NOA1

We have a 1-751 petition that was filed at TSC. According to the online status check it was transferred to VSC. The online notice states a written notification was sent. We did not receive this nor the NOA1. It appears that looking at the timeline, everyone from mid Feb. is in the same status. Will they send out the NOA1 and the notice of transfer in writing?

Welcome to the club. Will they send out the NOAs? That is the million dollar question. My on line status says that they sent it as well - but they obviously haven't. I don't know if we will receive one or not. I will be calling later this week - again - to find out if we can shake one of those little suckers loose! They won't try until at least a month after your cheque has been cashed. Good luck!

SAme here. SEnt everything to Mesquite, didn't get a NOA but the invitation for fingerprints. Checked my case online and it states that a notice of transfer was sent. Oh well, as long as I have SOMETHING from them in my hands I don't care what it is. In the end, all that counts is the approval and eventually the new gc.

Removal of Conditions Timeline:

03/19/2008 - package sent to TSC, let's hope for the best

03/20/2008 - check cashed

03/26/2008 - case sent to Vermont Service Center

04/17/2008 - Biometrics scheduled

05/19/2008 - received I551 extension stamp via INFOPASS

02/12/2009 - APPROVED

02/21/2009 - GC received...no mistakes...valid until 2019

We are in the same situation, filed to TSC in February transferred to VSC on March 5, never got an NOA just a biometrics appointment. We are planning to travel in May, so I scheduled and infopass for today. We got a I-551 Stamp on the passport that extended my green card for a year, although the stamp is valid only until the expiry of the passport, which is in July. I was told by the employee to get a new passport in Lebanon and come back and get a new stamp after July.

Same boat here.

Received Biometrics letter today for appointment on 4/17/08. The letter states the case is at TSC. However online today it states it was transferred to Vermont on March 24th.

We are travelling in June, so may have to do the info-pass as well

Met in Peru, Engaged, Successful I-129F, K-1 interview and Married

AOS / EAD / AP and Remove Condition

3/06/06 - AOS/EAD/AP process begins

3/31/06 - AOS/EAD/AP package Fed Ex'd to Chicago

4/03/06 - AOS/EAD/AP package signed & received

4/10/06 - NOA1's received for AOS, EAD and AP via U.S. Mail

4/11/06 - All 3 checks cashed / $745.00 poorer but worth every penny

4/27/06 - Receive Biometrics appointment letter scheduled for 5/11/06

5/11/06 - Biometrics completed

6/02/06 - Receive notice that AOS only has been transferred to California to speed things along

6/07/06 - E-mail that AOS received in California

6/13/06 - Welcome letter mailed by California... yeah baby

6/17/06 - Official welcome letter received and card will arrive within 3 weeks

6/19/06 - Card arrived in the mail.......

3/08/07 - Trip back to Peru for 10 days and our Religous Wedding

3/2007 - We're Pregnant

12/19/07 - Sebastien Joshua born 8:29am 7lbs 2oz 19.5"

3/14/08 - I-751 Removing Condition is in the mail

3/20/08 - Checked cashed

3/17/08 - I-751 Package signed and received

3/24/08 - Case moved to Vermont

4/17/08 - Biometrics completed

4/21/08 - Touched...........

6/16/08 - Touched once again........

11/3/08 - Touched again.. this is begining to feel good
