Since your fiance haven't sent the paperwork, might as well replace those documents that need translation and avoid possible RFE along the way. It's not too late, I supposed?

THanks. But I did attached translations for my birthcertificate. Im just worried about the G325A. and as for I-129F I can type those in arabic in the box provided for native alphabet and send it back to him via email to print. But my G325A is wat im concerned of. Because I've signed them already.

*Sigh* At the same time im just confused if I really need to write in arabic since my nationality is Filipino and we use english alphabets. But at the same time im half arab........am i making things complicated ?

You said it yourself, you are a Filipino citizen, hence your native language is Filipino.

Whatever country your passport is from, is what name in the native language I'd use as shown in your passport, same with signatures, use what's in your passport.

Yes but I have both passports. Lebanese and Filipino....sorry I forgot to mention earlier. But I am currently using Filipino in all my transactions in Kuwait. I'll only use my Lebanese passport whenever I need to go to Lebanon.......

But anyway thanks guys.......My fiance called usics to clarify this issue and he was told to write my name in arabic too.......since my birthcertificate is originaly written in arabic.

Thanks everyone.

IMO, that is the correct answer. Your native alphabet is the one on your original birth certificate.

The name writing in question is "alphabet" not "language".
